    good protein bar?

    and when i say good i mean high in protein, reasonable price and taste nice. Can someone link me to a page of a bar thats good that is on a UK store. I prfer buying from England than US, no offence.

    Check the recipe forum for home made bars. Chances are they'll be a lot healthier.

    tri-o-plex bars are awesome. 32g protein, only 11g sugar and 6g fiber. not too high in fat either, and they taste awesome. they're made by Chief Jay's.

    PeakBody Mega Pro50 has 50grams of protein and about 6grams carbs


    They are really tasty as well, i recommend chocolate and chocolate cheesecake


    They cost £2.20

    I just pack them in bags for emergencys
