    Best rice?

    List your favorite rice. Either for nutritional value or taste. Or hopefully both.

    I love steamed rice. I usually eat brown rice and white rice ( not the same day.)

    i love white rice with sushi but I usually stick to brown rice in my diet.

    I like the glutamose (sp??) AKA sticky rice. This stuff is great tasting but i have no clue on the nutritional value.

    best is jasmine rice, but really any type of brown rice comes in a close 2nd. You cant beat the nutty flavour it gives and has nutrients and fibre not found in ordinary polished rice

    when I was trying to gain muscle wt. I would mix tuna fish , with white rice. and rice with some sugar lol
