my daily breakfast, good or bad?? *pic*

Good or Bad for a cutting diet?

5 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 slice 2% american cheese, 1 slice whole wheat bread (nothing on it) and some ketchup

    Drink = water

looks yummy. I'd say ditch the ketchup while cutting (try hotsauce or salsa). I also find oats more filling than toast, but overall it looks good to me.
    The world acording to prune

If you can't be a good example, at least be a terrible warning.

that breakfast certainly wouldn't find its way onto my table on a cut.
    What would you recommend instead??

this is pretty much my cutting diet I've been on it ends up being about 2800 calories

    when I wake up (9ish) I have
30g protein shake (egg, whey, soy, beef) +hemp, olive, udos (tbsp of each)

    then around 10-11 I have
    10 fish oil caps
1 serving of steel cut oats and 1 serving of rolled oats

    1ish I have
2 chicken breasts, 2 fat free cheese sticks (good protein, no fat)
cup of mixed fruit/veggies (variety of color for phytos)

    3ish
30g protein shake (egg, whey, soy, beef)
    10 fish oil caps
    multivit

    5ish preworkout shake
    7ish postworkout shake

    9...maybe chicken

12...night time protein shake + oil + whatever else I need to eat to get to my daily calorie limit (9/10 days I'm under the limit so I guzzle milk, drink oil, eat fat free cheese, make eggs, etc.. to get to the #'s)

eggs give me to much gas, normally I have them a dozen at a time
ketchup doesn't give you anything you need so you should cut that out
2% cheese has to much saturated fat
and I've been under the impression that oats are better than ww bread
