    Goal

    I'm 150 lbs, goal weight is 180-190. How long would it approximately take for me to get there with good diet, training, and excercise?

    Make smaller goals. Aim for a 4-5lb increase per month.

    To get to 180-190 will take at least a year, but to be realistic it will probably much longer if you want to do it with a low bodyfat.
