I'm also gonna be taking a protein supplement because i don't eat enough. Im saying general speaking, how long till i see good results?
depending on what kind of shape your in....it could be weeks, it could be months...
Like i said, i'm 170, 6'3. I'm not out of shape, but by no means ripped. I'm just saying generally speaking.
Protein supplement won't help you if you're not eating enough. Fix your diet before taking supps.
