    If i were to do this Begginer routine, how long before i see good results?

    depending on what kind of shape your in....it could be weeks, it could be months...

    Like i said, i'm 170, 6'3. I'm not out of shape, but by no means ripped. I'm just saying generally speaking.

    Protein supplement won't help you if you're not eating enough. Fix your diet before taking supps.

    If i follow that, plus take a protein supplement, how long would it take to see noticable results? Generally speaking.
