Bill- That really depends on what type of lifter you are. Some come back the very next week and do max effort work. Those who do periodization will start back over with higher rep, lighter weight sets. One of my training partners who squatted 964 and missed 1003 in full gear at our last meet(APF Seniors), came back the following week with an absolute joke set of 550x8 raw, with no belt. That is how he trains, but I personally come right back to an ME day type of session. Hope that helps.
