I'm back and I decided to start a new journal. In the last few months I have hit full gear gym PR's of 600 in the squat and 350 in the bench. Last Saturday I also hit 335+ blue bands+ 5 sets of chains on a free squat in full gear. This adds up to ~705 at lockout and probably like ~500 in the hole. My training has been going pretty well for the last 6 weeks or so and my next meet is September 18th. I'm looking to hit some big PR's there!!!
