    pain in the ass

    Just started my new routine this week and for 1 of my days Im doing Squats, hack squats and dumbbell lunges. As being one of those people that tried to put legs off for as long as possible I never really worked them that hard

    Anyway, I knew my legs would be sore, but so is my ass, what exercise for my legs would cause this? I started with 2 sets of squats, then 2 of hacks, then could only do 1 for the lunges because my ass was so sore already... and no my spotter was not to close behind me during squats...

    squats...if you havent done them for awhile...it will hit your ass...

    yeah mate, its the squats.

    i've only just started training legs a few days ago and the squats have demolished my butt.

    either that, or your spotter buggered you without u even realising
