I posted a diet question earlier and received some advise, but I need help.
I want to gain weight, period!!
In order to do that I need to workout and eat right.
I need some guidence as to a proper diet. I need a starting point.
Could anyone please give me a book or web site that gives examples of diets that I can start with. Once I have a place to start I know I will be able to reach my goals.
I just need some help getting started...any advise will be welcomed.
