Hey everyone i know cardio is very effective in the morning but is it also effective at night for example between 8pm - 9.30pm Thanks WBBF. Sorry for becoming such a post whore now adays.

Cardio is effective any time of day.
Duration and intensity is what makes the difference.

as far as cardio goes, generally you want to do it 40-50 mins right? if that is the case, does it matter if you split the time on different machines? ie: say 25 mins on an eliptical machine then 20 mins on a treadmill?
