    Someone review and comment day 1 diet

    I am bulking. goal is to be 165 - 170 lean muscle.
    i am 5'7" 145lbs

    gym 5x a week, weekends off.

    Breakfast 8am: oatmeal (instant) [switching to real oatmeal when I finish the box] + Bagel w/ lite cream cheese + 1/2 cup AJ and multivitamin.

    Lunch 12am: Subway sub. foot long
    lett,tom, japs, carrots, green peppers, onions.
    roast beef, turk, tuna (rare) or chicken.
    Wheat bread

    snack: 2:30 -3:00 1/4 cup of mixed nuts (great for good fat)

    Snack (Pre-Workout) 5:00: english muffin + jelly and Omellete (tiny bit of salt) on a kaiser roll.

    Gym 6:00 - 7:30 (it will get shorter once i get back into a routine)

    7: 45ish : Protein Shake + l-glut + Flax Seed Oil.

    8:30 Dinner
    Canned corn
    rice/potatoes/ or beans.
    steak/ or ckn.


    10ish Snack: Cottage cheese and canned Peaches.

    Water all through out the day. about 4 quarts on average.

    Any advice would be helpful.

    throw a snack in between breakfast and lunch. Other than that, looks pretty good. I personally throw some more protein intake in, like a can of tuna or something.

    should i be taking more shakes.
    like canned tuna? where should i throw that in (and keep in mnd im in an office 8 -4:30 so i cannot take tuna there.

    what would you suggest for a snack in between?

    sure, take a shake mid morning, or tuna mid morning. But you said you cant have tuna at the office (just prepare it in a tupperware before you go maybe?) or just have a protein shake at work if possible. Whats your calorie breakdown like on that diet?

    Gym 5 times a week with weekends off...

    Since you are trying to bulk pretty seriously, you would be better going 3-4 times a week with with an extra rest day mid week.

    Perhaps, perhaps not. Some people will grow better going every day and others might grow better going twice a week. Let him figure it out for himself.
