I am bulking. goal is to be 165 - 170 lean muscle.
i am 5'7" 145lbs
gym 5x a week, weekends off.
Breakfast 8am: oatmeal (instant) [switching to real oatmeal when I finish the box] + Bagel w/ lite cream cheese + 1/2 cup AJ and multivitamin.
Lunch 12am: Subway sub. foot long
lett,tom, japs, carrots, green peppers, onions.
roast beef, turk, tuna (rare) or chicken.
snack: 2:30 -3:00 1/4 cup of mixed nuts (great for good fat)
Snack (Pre-Workout) 5:00: english muffin + jelly and Omellete (tiny bit of salt) on a kaiser roll.
Gym 6:00 - 7:30 (it will get shorter once i get back into a routine)
7: 45ish : Protein Shake + l-glut + Flax Seed Oil.
rice/potatoes/ or beans.
steak/ or ckn.
10ish Snack: Cottage cheese and canned Peaches.
Water all through out the day. about 4 quarts on average.
Any advice would be helpful.
