Concentration curls; 35lbs x9left x9right
25lbs x9left x9right
15lbs fail (x10right x9left)
Did some cardio today too. DDR for about 30minutes.

I haven't quite figured out a complete routine just yet. But I seem to be just alternating between upper and lower body...depending on what isn't sore at the time. Only been doing this for about a week. I'm still working on compiling a list of exersizes that can be done with a bench and freeweights since thats what I have to work with right now.
