hey need some input and opinions.
i exercise 3 days a week with several sets and lots of reps with a medium weight.
next 3 months
i exercise 3 days a week with 2-3 sets using low reps and about 80% of 1rm
always using the same exercises both times.
my purpose through the first three months was to get more compact and faster
the next 3 months is to get bigger and alot stronger
btw i'm 5'11 250lbs built well
i am almost halfway through the second three months, and seeing some really good gains and i like what i'm doing. anyone think i should change and why or have an ideas for my next cycle
any thoughts and help is greatly appreciated

It's a good thing that your changing routines every 3 months but your body get's completely adapted to your routines in 1-2 months. So I'd suggest you change routines every month or two. I'm still a , I just heard this from a friend who lifts weights so anyone know that knows the truth plz correct me if I'm wrong.

hmm, maybe ur right. i think i'll switch about every coupla months. btw, i like the combo i have cause the 2 workouts are alot different, so shock value to my body is great. thanks for ur input and welcome to anybody else
