Exercise of the day is close stance bent over good am's
worked up to a 260,275, failed 300. the 300 slid down my neck and over my head not the best feeling.
partial deads with 2 sets of minis doubled 3 sets of 5 with 315 and i tried 405 but only got it half way. the 315 felt like 500 at the top!
