    skipped the morning 1,000 meter row cause I'll beup for 24 hours straight today.........kind to myself?? At first yes, but as you'll read NO! lol

    workout
    db press up to 90x6 100x3 105x3 110x4! 90x8
    db rows 110x6,8,10
    IEOE up to 42.5x12,8,8,8,8
    then things get brutal.....
    jump on the Spinning bike and did intervals of sort
    start of a song I would go do 12 chins then run back to bike and pedal till the next song, start of next song 12 chins etc repeat! 10 Rounds! took around 40 mins and I was dead by the end! Terrific haha

    bike - intervals - start of song do 10 chins then bike till next song etc. 10 sets

    done
    weight 186lbs

    off to Dominican in 2 hours! I'm out for a week!

    I`ve been working out............just lifes been hella busy lately......


    yesterday
    cardio
    my new HIIT thing is: 10 chins, 30 sec bike building HR, 30 sec intense, 30 sec coooling down, back to chins, works out to be chins on every 2 mins
    did 15 sets yesterday, 30 mins
    megaset knees to elbows with sidebends 45 plate 6 sets of 6
    done

    today
    db bench up to 105lbsx6,7!! after the 7 set, putting down the weights one at a time was a bad idea for this 185lbs dude! tipped off the bench! lol!

    IEOE up to 42.5lbsx10,10
    bike 10 mins hard
    done

    I made a trip to edmonton with a cube van......needless to say i spent around 12 grand on my garage! 2 grand on the spinning bike alone! ****!

    Wow! I've been fallin behind on updates! Works been busy, life been hectic in a good way, and my computer at home is officially dead....

    couple days ago

    IEOE 37.5x8,8,8,8
    bike with chins 90 secs hard then 10 chins - 10 sets
    done

    Garage project is still in the works, painting is done on the walls and doing the laminate flooring today, probably go pick up the rubber mats tomorrow for the workout area then I'll start assembling everything that i bought, rack and bike mainly

    In short life has still been crazy busy! between work, my garage project, getting my landscaping done, havin a little bit of a life and still no computer makes for a hard to update log! still training on days off, not so much on work days as i'm only sleepin 4 hours a day..........

    garage project is nearin completion! here are some pics mainly of the workout area
    I'm on vacation again this time in my home town in nova scotia, just takin it easy for the week......much needed! still in the works for the summer is to complete the garage, make a small deck, expand my concrete driveway, and make an office in my home. Once the office comes and everything else is done watch out!!!! Starting back on investing in stocks, able to do research again on real estate investing thruout the globe, working out everyday again with real equipment, and of course more time for wbb once the office is done!
