Still sore in my legs from yesterday and somehow my pecs are a bit sore.
I got out to the hardware store today so i made another grip tool. The one finger deadlift! Its a painfull little bastard. Goin to try to get to store tomoro so i can make some more tools.
Next workout will probly be thursday which i think will be short rest between sets but almost alll sets being negatives. I get to try my new lifting shoes out on deadlifts and its max time!!
