    Just got a tooth pulled but so far no pain. If this continues i'll be doing close stance good am's tomorrow with the green/average bands.

    Holy ****! good am's + bands rocked!!! it was evenly hard throughout the ROM
    Bands gave estimated 90at bottom 190 at top.
    Manta squats fried me as usual lol There just so hard.

    Closegrips were insane! Tension was phenominal. probly 150lbs at top 60 at bottom
    Floor press was big time PR and i owe that to the bands. Each rep was fast.

    sans box 225x1 straps up 275xnot even close to parallel 315xalmost parallel
    deads 225x3 275x1 315x1 365x1 405x1 Strong! Straps on that one
    sumo 315x5 easy 365x1pretty tough 405xouchie, little crunch in my spine, called it quits
    At the meet i'll open 330 on squat and 418 on deads. Find out bench today.
    The reason i tried 405 sumo is cause a guy i know just did a 545 double sumo and i got jelous HHes the same weight as me too, and 48!

    couldn't do DB swings, pulled a neck muscle somehow
    done
    Did the tubtest today with the 4 site and got 10.5%. Same as ~6weeks ago
    Post shake weight 188!

    Bah. Had the other tooth pulled 20mins ago. This one was worse cause i heard it crunching/breaking as he yanked it. I want to go beddy now but i cant cause half my face is frozzen. So that would equal mass drooling lol

    The diets in here a couple times. Right now i dont have a 'set' diet but i still come very close to this just with more calories.


    This is what i used from the begging except i added a workout shake to it.

    Good am's were great. The bands felt to give approx. 200lbs at top and over 100 at bottom. The 205 was ME throughout the whole rep.
    Partials were beyond heavy! I've done 650lbs hold without chalk no problem but this was much much heavier. Just the bar+bands felt to be over 400.

    Weight today 186 still trying to gain back the couple lbs i lost when the took thee tooth.

    Went to physio today to find out whats up with my shoulder, physio guys on vacation
    245 went up pretty nice. Had a ref critique the lift and the first 2 singles just barely had too short of pause, last one was good though.
