    Maybe no meet for me
    Friends car just blew the engine and we were going to take that. My car has a new engine but the transmission is not trustworthy(meet is ~700km's away)

    dynamic squats
    speed squats with average/greens around DB+rack 8 doubles@135 and a double@185 speed was Fast!
    forgot speed deads again
    good ams pin3 with greens,close stance 135x3 155x8! 175x5! 195x3!!
    standing abs 3 sets then ab cramp
    done
    squats felt greeat with the greens! about 185lbs extra at top. Good ams were brutaly good First set was going to be a triple but i did 3 then got massive adrenaline burst, could've went higher then 8 but might have had bad consenquences lol
    ab cramp sucked, note to self, chug water before doing abs!

    Whoa! Bench today was great, ive now surpased my alltime PR of 250x4.
    On db rows i did 8 on the last set and decided to go until the form started getting sloppy.

    standing abs w/no back support 4 sets
    done
    Good am's were fun as usual. Bands added ~270lbs at bottom 350~ at top. The 165 was by far my slowest good am ever.

    And as far as how much weight the bands add im just using the #'s from the 'band manual' from elitefts.com
    at the bottom it doesnt feel that heavy but the top tension number seems fairly accurate.

    As you can see my number of the day was 12
    lockouts were crazy! Loads of tension. 175 was about 350~ at lockout.
    floor presses were blah. No spotter to add to being a tough lift made me leave after 2 sets.

    Got my pay stub last night and found out im making 6.50/hour (min. wage) and my boss told me id bee getting 7 which still sucks. Right now i think im losing money by the month. Have to pay for car/repairs/insurance and food and anything else i want. This ****ing sucks.

    My back is getting strong as fook now, and i like it
    The good ams with bands had an unimaginable amount of tension. At lockout it felt like ~500lbs!
    Reg good am's were awesome too. I was going to do 3 triples(thought that would be hard) But the weight went up like it wasnt on the bar. Last set wasn't failour but pretty damn close.

    Was LMAO today at someone squatting, or should i say knee bending. There rom was 7~8" and they were looking around to see if people were impressed. Only had 225 on it too.

    The squats were very very fatiguing on the strength, it didn't show till 365 abort.
    Next week probly do 95 and strongs choked around db+rack
    Bringing the platform in tonight! will test it out on thursday. The chains look awesome now, i sprayed them with chrome spray paint.

    pin2lockouts with MD 185x5 195x5 205x3.64
    db rows 105x10,10,10
    rotator external and internal rotaions 3sets each
    done
    chains felt nice. BIG difference to bands. with bands they pull the weight down but with the chains theres no added eccentric force. So with chains it feels like straight weight at the bottom of the ROM but as you go up it feels like your pushing through something as it keeps getting heavier.
    Only problem is that as of know i cant leave the chains at the gym and there to heavy to carry in easily. There definatly fun though.
    Thursday i get to max out deads on my baby! (platform)

    couple sets of internal/external rotations
    upright rows 85x~8-10 for 4 sets
    done
    well, db press started out good.... then i lay back with the 75's and the right side just kept on going. Had to drop it on the floor. High reps felt good today(which is odd)
    everything else was so so.
    I really need to increase my food intake. Recovery is very slow right now(compared to 6-8 weeks ago)

    well, had a talk with my back today and im going to take the next 1.5 weeks off from heavy lifting. I've been feeling beat up lately and on good ams i felt like ****. Squats felt too easy today? I'm still going to lift, just the 3 main lifts and some accesory ****, really light.
