    5'10" of me

    here i am, all 185lbs of me.
    any guesses at bf% or what I need to work on, other than chest

    Got a good build. I would say your bf is in the low teens (11% to 14%) but I'm not all that good at guessing bf%. Are you planning to bulk or cut?

    hey man, good job. shoulders and back are looking pretty thick. i would say just add more mass in general, but maybe work on the arms a little. otherwise keep up what you're doing.

    if that pic of your stomach is you flexing your abs then probably 16% if your relaxed probably 14%

    225lb @ 17% bodyfat, currently cutting
    Current lifts while cutting (all raw): bench 275x4, squat 365x8
    Estimated current maxes: 300 bench / 450 dead / 450 squat
    Competition / Gym PRs (from March 08)
    Bench: 325 raw / 385 loose shirt
    Deadlift: 450 raw ADFPF 04/26/08
    Squat: 405 raw

    thanks for the compliments guys

    i have lost about 45 lbs since Christmas (I was a fatass), so I finally had the guts to put up the pictures. I have decided to bulk for a while and see how that goes, but it is hard to make myself eat so much.

    I agree, you have good size and look as though you have the ability to add muscle fairly easily (mesomorphic if you will).

    chris: i hope i have the ability to add muscle easily, i'm doing my first bulk starting this week. I just got my order of opticen, thermocin, and creatine today. should i take the thermocin as i try to bulk or just hold off until later?

    we are a very similiar build and same weight and height. Lifts look almost the same like you said as well in my journal...
