    gyno ?

ive had gyno since i was like 12. i was a bit husky and that followed me even until today. those damn nips protruding out just annoy me. i work out 5x a week now went from 170 (mostly fat) to 190 (alot of muscle). my pecs when my nips arent hard look flabby and fatty, but when my nips get hard they look impecable. i flex em and they are solid as a rock, so why the hell do i still have those damn gyno nips?? how much bf do u need for it to go away? im in the high teens o i figured i get down to like the low teens and it should subside. please let me know. TIA

How do you know if you have gyno? I have heard so many descriptions that I just am confused.

get it checked at a doctor, i thought u needed a small surgery to remove gyno, or a perscription might do it, but id consult your doctor
