what where some of those programs designed to help raise your bench max?

Weight: 171 - 163
Bodyfat: 15.5% - 10%
I did Kyle's and I did MuscleMedia's. I actually liked them both, however I think that you can get close to as much of an improvement in bench doing Kyle's in just one month as you can in 2 months of muscle media's.
I wouldn't use Critical Bench routine or if you do be very careful. I hurt my shoulder really bad on the BP Negatives sets. I had to lay off bench for a few months to recover. My Workout Partner hurt his elbow on that same routine also. The weights are heavy, heavy. Your body really has no chance to recover.
If the bar aint bending your just pretending!!!!
