yummy (not really original meal). its the Thyme!
Im currently on a carb low phase of a bulking diet...and just wanted to post upa useful meal. I need calories and protein which means i have to eat fat and protein but no much in the way of carbs.
2 large eggs (with yolks)
1/4 red pepper chopped.
3 desert spoons olive oil
thyme and black pepper and salt.
whisk and scramble.
Chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber and a tin of tuna on the plate with the scrabmled egg.
Tasted really yummy. who needs carbs? (joke before i get flamed - ill be carbloading later in the week).
