i have to work out @ this gym for the summer, and it has NO BARBELLS. there are lots of DB's, and various Cybex machines for chest, rows, hip abduction and adduction, curls, back extensions, flyes, leg extensions, leg curls, lat tower... but no BB's. so i've been trying to figure out what to do for squats, deads, etc.
right now i do:
dips, DB bench, pullups, Cybex row, DB skulls, DB shoulder presses, lateral raises.
there's Cybex machines for leg extensions, and stuff, but i'm not too fond of them
if i was u ..i would find a new gym
seriously..a gym without a single barbell???
I myself wouldnt call that a gym
DB lunges, cleans, snatches, squats, deads, slds.
What's the big deal?
You can do DLs with DBs I think. For legs, I really like walking DB lunges, not sure if those could replace squats though
Could you do DB hack squats? Or will that not work...?
