    New to lifting, routine help?

Hey everybody, I just starting lifting and was wondering what's a good routine to start with? I want to get huge as fast as possible. I realize it will take a lot of work and not happen over night. If you guys could suggest a routine and any tips for a newbie that would be great.

Do a search on MAX OT or try some of the wannabebig workouts on the main page.

    All good stuff.

    Squats work better than supplements.

At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei
