I don't have/like to spend a lot of cash at the grocery store. Right now I eat 1-2 cans of protein a day, oatmeal for breakfast, and a few hard boiled eggs during the day. Question is, I weigh 150, back in the gym (going on 2 weeks now) and want to bulk up a tad.
