    Seeking new diet / High metabolism

    I don't have/like to spend a lot of cash at the grocery store. Right now I eat 1-2 cans of protein a day, oatmeal for breakfast, and a few hard boiled eggs during the day. Question is, I weigh 150, back in the gym (going on 2 weeks now) and want to bulk up a tad.

    read this sticky it has most of what you need to eat, im about the same weight as you at 154 and I had to bump my daily cal intake to about 3000+ to start my bulk
