    Big chest, small back....

    is what I see on guys at my gym a lot. I don't mean bad lats, I mean a back that is not thick. My back and chest are proportioned because I do heavy deadlifts every week. I know some people are incapable of doing deadlifts, but to those that are, it's a real real good exercise, and I highly recommend it. I think it's cool to have a big chest and huge thick back. Just wanted to say that.

    Oh yeah! And there's nothing like a guy with a nice big chest to bury my head in, hehe. Big chests are very sexy.

    My bench is horrendous (max 225), but my deadlift is not too shabby (335).

    My chest is around 45 inches, again, not big at all.

    ...in other words, they work on whatever they see when they're standing in front of the mirror...:evillaugh

    My entire upper body just doesn't grow. It gets stronger, but I just don't put on mass. I've got nice definition though...guess that will have to do

    Chris, I would suggest taking a drive down to your local corner store and inquire to the cashier on duty as to if they are having a sale on sense of humors. If they are it would be great if you picked one up.

    Your chest is 45 inches and you only max out at 225? ....How long you been working out and what's your bodyfat at? Got a lot of fat in the chest?

    I hear ya there heath. My chest shrunk probably at least 2 inches from fat loss. Kind of depressing; but it's all good.

    About 13% fat.

    I meant to say that I max out at 225 for 6-8 reps.

    I can do more weight for single reps.
