    Another dumb question....about Opticen and Nitrean

    Im probably missing a post..but what is the difference between the 2..and would taking both on a daily basis have any better results then just taking one of the 2??

    I know one is just a protein shake..and the other is a meal replacement..but is that the real big difference?

    Yep, that is the difference. The MRP contains protein plus carbs, vitamins, and minerals. The protein matrix in each is the same.

    If you are trying to gain as much weight as possible I would suggest you use the MRP (Opticen).
