    Greens....

    I figured a new way to cut back, but also eat something i love...Eat Green Beans..Here are the nutrition facts.

    GLORY SEASONED (SOUTHERN STYLE) String Beans

    Calories 30
    Calories from fat-5
    Total Fat-.05g
    Saturated Fat-0
    Cholesterol-0
    Sodium-410mg
    Dietary Fiber- 2g
    Sugars-2g
    Protein-1g

    Eat that with some grits in the morning...

    But what should i have it with at night? becuase i dont have the money to eat chicken every night.

    Also, can a diet consist of eating only string beans and collord greens?

    Why is there so much sodium in green beans? Are those out of a can?

    A diet CAN consist of only string beans and collard greens...if you want to look like one of the aforementioned veggies.

    Yes...that is out of the can...Is that much sodium bad?

    You could always get the low salt/salt free kinds.

    In order from best to worst: fresh veggies, frozen veggies, canned veggies, no veggies
