Before my workout, i have a carb only meal consisting of 3 slices of bread with some veggie spread. And 2tbsp + 25g protein as a post workout shake. Is this ok or should i be including protein in my preworkout meal as well?
More info : at present i am doing about 230g pro (about 1.4g/lb). 82gFat and 382g carbs. spread over 6 meals.
Stats - Height:6' , weight: 167, Phase:bulk.

I would say that you are eating too much protein to begin with. With such high amounts of protein in your diet already I see no need for protein preworkout.
