might be a sh*tty questions but if u can't do chin ups or dips what would be a good substitue for it? And when maki says 75% of 1rm meaning if u can bench 180 you do 75% of that force I.E 150 if you can bench 180? thanks in advance
Instead of chin ups use the pull down machine and instead of dips do decline bench press.
*** Close grip lat pulls down will suffice and an exercise you can substitute for the dips would be close grip bench press. As for the percent, you are correct.
