The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Nitrean all the whey???

I am currenntly taking On's 100% whey and to tell you the truth it flat out sucks in taste. I am planning on buying some nitrean, but first i wanted to know if there is anybody out there that could tell if nitrean is any better then ON's 100% whey. Also i have heard that nitrean has a awesome taste and u can stir it with out any lumps. I have to blend ON"s whey or i get clumps (very inconvenient) . But if there is somebody out there could u please tell me which is better of the 2.

Nitrean is better in my experienced opinion for whatever that counts for. Since the age of 18 I've been dishing out dollars on countless supplements. ON has always tasted bland to me, but with the chocolate Nitrean it's definitely a treat once you shake it up and drink it.

I'll 2nd what Maki said. I prefer Nitrean over ON any day. It does mix better and the taste is much better. I've got a ton of mixer cups. Two scoops in one of them with about 16oz of water (give or take an ounce or 2 depending on how you like it), shake it up and you're good to go.

Yes it does. In a shaker cup that is. I haven't tried putting it in a cup and stirring it.

I recently switched from ON Whey to Nitrean and I love it. It mixes right up with a little water in a shaker and tastes great. A few days after I bought my first tub I ordered 3 more, lol. It's good stuff.

I was on nitrean and then for some reasons got back to ON whey (did a bulk shopping of many supps at another store). I am finally back to nitrean again. It is definitely one the best protein powders you can get.

ON whey is more of an obligation and you drink it because you are supposed to drink some fast-acting-easily-absorbed-blah-blah-blah protein after workout. But nitrean is actually a treat and you look forward to it on when you leave your gym.

I, personally, think ON tastes better than At large. I just find the nitrean to be too sweet.

Im with everyone except manveet Nitrean is the best protein-only powder I have ever had, to be honest. The chocolate is better than the vanilla IMO, and I usually like vanilla...
