hey you guys answered my question that ez barbell curl hurts my forarm. it was the lead to me pulling my forarm. i have noticed bicep loss. but i am doing a lot or inc. dumbell curls and standing curls. and suggestion to good biecp routined that wont hurt my tendon?
There is no possible reason that only using dumbells versus using barbells would lead to muscle loss.
And in you want bicep strength, do chinups.
will the straight bench press bar hurt my tendons like the ez curl bar?
The straight bar really hurts your wrists..
Why don't you try easy curl on the preacher bench? It may help with the pain.
If the bar aint bending your just pretending!!!!
