should i be concentrating on abs or cardio when i still have some fat around the stomach and obliques, i heard that you were supposed to wait and concentrate on burning the fat off before doin ab workouts is this true or should i be doin ab workouts while im cutting?

i see no problem in doing ur abs while cutting..work out the abs with ur exercises, and do ur cardio to lose that fat
You should be concentrating on diet if you want to see your abs.
There is no problem working your abs whether cutting or bulking.
