hi everyone ,
an English friend of mine suggested that I make an axle bar from 2 car wheels. He also mentioned that I would be able to lift much less than on a regular bar .How right he was !The "bar" is 2'' in diameter and it is non-revolving .I loaded it to 100 kilos and lifted it overhead 3 times .My grip and forearms suffered in the clean and while resting on my neck it was pressing hard on me.
Happy agony !
nice lift man, nice bar too.
I need you to pray for me (and)
I need you to care for me (and)
I need you to want me to win
I need to know where I'm heading, 'cause I know where I've been
haha class, gotta love those A-team style workouts, looks like woodwork paid off too, are those weights racks built from wood?
" People just don't land on mountaintops… they had to climb."
Are you sure its 100kg? 220 lbs on a awkward bar for 3 reps is impressive!
now i've seen everything
In the endless pursuit of lean muscle mass gain
That looks like a nice setup, even the surrounding weights, looks like a good enviornment to lift.
