On everyone of these days I do about 60-90mins of basketball as well. I've been doing this for about 1 month. When Should I consider changing it up? I was thinking of going to a more push/pull orented split with legs/abs in the off day.
It's a good routine, keep it for a few months at least, until you stop seeing gains. Doing basketball at the same time is perfectly fine, as long as you are getting sufficient calories to both grow muscle and play basketball.
