    difference between pull ups and chins

    what is the difference in muscles worked between pull-ups (overhand) and chins(under)???

    That's about right. Pullups are more function if you think you will find yourself having to climb anything in the real world.

    Chin ups allow you to hit the arms harder b/c the grip puts them in a stronger position.
