Hi everyone I set a goal for my self a couple months ago to go on a cutting diet. So far it has gone fairly well and this is the final week of this diet which kinda makes me happy.
Anyways I was wondering if anyone has any tips for my diet and other things that will maximize the results of my cut when it ends on sunday. For example getting any excess water weight off.

Nothing significant will happen in a week...it's all about the cumulative effects of the cut. If you're worried about excess water weight (which shouldn't be all that important unless you're competing or having some sort of photo shoot), then take a diuretic.

The basics of it are a week out you begin loading up on sodium and carbs. This increases your body's process of removing them. Everyday you decrease the amount you take in to very little the day before. I suppose it's just a quick way to increase your metabolism and help remove water. He also suggests to stop taking in lactose and carbonated beverages.
