Smith Machine Squats vs. Hack Squats
If you were going to do one or the other on leg day as
your big compound exercise, which would you do, and
My goals are increased weight, size and strength.
I'm 51, 5'10", 154 lbs.
I'd do both, but that's just me.
But in reality, free squats are the way to go.
