    missed meals, protein = weak

    Due to a busy work schedule this week and some travel, I missed some meals and did not have my usual between meal protein sources. When I got back in the gym today, I was much weaker and had no energy. I guess this is normal since my body is used to small feedings every 2-3 hours. Comments?

    Food in general, not just protein, is fuel for your workouts. You miss meals and it's not a surprise that you're not as strong.
