Well, i wiegh 180 at 5'11 i need help because i don't even look like i am 180 i look like i am 140 160 it's wierd i been working out for 4 months but i stopped for about 1 month because of school work and other **** but i am trying to get back into it i dunno i gained about 25 pounds over this 4 month period i eat about 5 6 times a day maybe sometimes more sometimes 4 but very rare mostly it's a lot of food i eat everything i got a pretty good diet it's basically the getting ripped part i mean i got **** but i don't know it's kinda of weak i should be bigger and should look much bigger i need help anyone?

Is that what you think you weigh or what others have told you? I weigh close to 220lbs but still feel like I'm 130lbs. Its body-dismorphia or whatever. I'll never be big enough.

Heh I weigh 220 lbs and hardly anyone believes I'm over 200 lbs.
You might have be wide-bodied and just haven't filled into your frame or something yet. Don't worry about it, though ..
It's from you having a dense bone stucture, not nessacarily a big one. I have a big AND dense bone structure, it's almost ridiculous. At 4%BF I was 205 lbs. my sophomore year, yet I was no where near that ridiculous looking at all, just big, dense bones.
well, people have told me this sometimes but mostly say i am not skinny i don't know i look at myself i look a little skinny so don't worry to much? it will come?

Maybe you just need to loose some bodyfat, i am 175lbs and dont look it because I'm not particularly ripped.. I looked a lot bigger at 160 due to better definition
Probably dense muscle, that's what i have. i weigh 250, i'm 5'11 @ 16yrs. i've never been guessed more than 215. my friends, adults who lift and i all agree that it's mostly due to dense muscle. i think i'm about 20% bf. almost all of it is on the belly. belly isn't very big though....
