Well, i wiegh 180 at 5'11 i need help because i don't even look like i am 180 i look like i am 140 160 it's wierd i been working out for 4 months but i stopped for about 1 month because of school work and other **** but i am trying to get back into it i dunno i gained about 25 pounds over this 4 month period i eat about 5 6 times a day maybe sometimes more sometimes 4 but very rare mostly it's a lot of food i eat everything i got a pretty good diet it's basically the getting ripped part i mean i got **** but i don't know it's kinda of weak i should be bigger and should look much bigger i need help anyone?
