Number of Set for WBB Routine #1
Hey, I'm an intermediate lifter who has taken a couple weeks off and am looking for a new routine. WBB #1 looks good, but is two sets of each exercise really enough? Or is 2 sets only listed because most won't have time for 3 or 4?
I'd personnaly go for 3 sets per excersise....but thats just me, then again, i've never used WBB routines.
Two sets should be enough, considering that you are doing several exercises for each bodypart.
That's not to say you can't do more, but you'll grow off WBB#1 volume easily.
