    How long should you do HIIT for???????

    I did HIIT for the first time today and it tired the heck outta me. I only managed 10 mins consisting of 1 min intervals ie first minute slow second minute very fast etc etc. How long is it recommend you should do HIIT for in order to loose a vast ammount of BF. Thanks dudes.

    Including a warm and cool down I find 20 mins ample, which normally allows me around 10 Highs.
    I am big, I am clever and I do impress my mates!!!
