    Shrinking..?

    Is it common to shrink in height throughout the day? I measured my height at the beginning of the day and i was half an inch taller than i was at the end of the day? Whats the reason for this?

    because gravity compresses your spine throughout the day, and when you just wake up youre decompressed from the laying down position.
