I'm on a 3500+ calorie a day bulking diet right now and I seem to have no appetite for food at all. I'm drinking nearly 1500 of my calories each day and stuggling to eat the remaining 2000.
I need some foods that are relatively clean and easy to stomach but high in calories. Unfortunatly, I am highly allergic to most nuts so that excludes one of the best things I can think of in this situation. I already eat / drink a lot of dairy products.
rice,white potatoes,peanut butter,yams... Olive oil,flax oil.
