Need some advice.
Hey. I am kinda new in this stuff and need some tips. I have been "working out" for a while now but am just now getting serious. I just need some tips to look really, really good. Oh, and do you guys think I could eat (for example) like a cookie or piece of cake every once in a while if you burn calories.....I dunno i was wondering cause I alwayz find myself eating out and eating all this stuff Im not sure im supposed to. Thnkx for taking the time.

Eat lots (of real food, not junk like cookies and cake), lift lots (using proper form; check out WBB #1 which is a great routine), and sleep lots. Rinse and repeat.
