I'm 18, 5'9", 158lbs and i'm going to start eating healthy again (imagine that?). I workout regularly, but I've notice since the early part of the year, my 6-pack has started to fade away. I'm not fat, actually i'm pretty cut, but I just wanted to get my abs back. What foods should I start eating?
Baked chicken, tuna, etc are givens, any other reccomendations?
What are your opinions on pretzels and peanut butter?
I drink a lot of water, but I like diet coke also...does diet coke have a damaging effect on trying to get your body fat down?
Also, is it okay to 'cheat' like say once a week and reward yourself with a Canes meal?(if any of you guys have Canes chicken then you know what i'm talkin about).
What else woudl you reccomend me doing ot get my body fat % down? I go to the gym everyday and usually play basketball afterwards so i'm not in bad shape or anything.
