i have been lifting for a little over 3 months what should i work on and what should i do in the gym.
got any suggestions for the chest and back?
Let me start by saying that for 3 months of lifting you are looking great, you have very low bodyfat levels which is also a big plus. I think that your arms and shoulders are extremely well developed. As far as areas that need work, I would say your chest and back definitely. Overall though, great progress. For chest, try heavy compound stuff like bench press, or too get isolation, try fly's or switch to a dumbell bench press. For back just do a lot of pulldowns, pull ups, chinups and rows.
225lb @ 17% bodyfat, currently cutting
Current lifts while cutting (all raw): bench 275x4, squat 365x8
Estimated current maxes: 300 bench / 450 dead / 450 squat
Competition / Gym PRs (from March 08)
Bench: 325 raw / 385 loose shirt
Deadlift: 450 raw ADFPF 04/26/08
Squat: 405 raw
definitely great progress overall for 3 months, just keep bulking! eat eat eat eat and lift heavy.
somewhat what I eat...
Just work on everything and everything will grow, and let like a horse, a horse with the munchies!

Yeah, seems like you had everything in check and have some great genetics there. When it comes to my family we have the genetics of a fat ape, stocky but fat! I'm the only one thats ever tried to break outta the boundaries lmao.
nice work dude, for 3 months... how tall are you, what was your starting weight, and how much weight have you gained since you started?
Age - 20
Height - 6'2"
Weight - 175 (starting weight 140)
Squat - 275 x 8
Deadlift - 225 x 8
