that's what's on the label. Why are you multiplying by 4? don't know. But since it's low fat cream cheese, looks good to eat. BTW, i am bulking. For how long you bulk? I am 162 lbs, 5.9'',32 yo. I got a long way to bulk. I bet 'til i weight 200 lbs.
Bulk until you get whatever size you want, or, until you feel like a fatass and want to cut

low fat philly tastes like putty. its almost as pointless as yoghurt.
If you are going to eat philly, eat the full fat stuff and then you are at least getting high fat and high protein without carbs insulin spiking your ass (if you believe that). But then the fat in philly is mostly saturated as i recall so its bad for ya.
My advice is to learn to love cottage cheese. I mean LOVE it. like american pie love.
