I just finished phase 1 of tri phase (Twinpeak's tri phase from avantlabs). Things going good so far. The last 54 sets workout was a total bitch.
I definitely need to work on delts,pecs and thighs. chest sucks big time.
EDIT: I am 28, 6'2" and 207 now.

great progress. you kept your body fat pretty low. i think you should bulk ten pounds more.
in front1.jpg, wbb5.JPG and wbb4.jpg it looks like your traps need some work?
It could just be ur pose though, like if your holding your shoulders high.
Your lats and delts look good IMHO
biceps look ok, need a tricep pose in there to get a better idea of that.
6'2 207 is a good size
how long u been bulking for? how long is ur bulk cycle gonna last?
ur bf looks reasonable, guessin 11-13% maybe?

Re: traps. heres another traps pic that exposes traps to a better degree however, they do need work.
I am on TRI Phase 3 month program. I finished the first phase of volume loading, now I am in the second phase (intensity loading)..so that means 2 more months.
I have no idea what my bf is; but on bulk, my chin makes it look like I am 20% and that blows. I eat around 4000cals a day and plan to continue for next 2 months.
In case anyone is wondering, tri phase is a periodization program I found on avantlabs site (I am not pimping)
